2009 Weight Loss
My progress hasn't been as smooth as I would have liked. My boyfriend's mom died in early April and that totally threw off all routines and I'm just getting back into it now. I was still losing weight from eating well and (somewhat) from stress. But I plan on accelerating that with starting up My Fitness Coach again.
Apart from that, I've been getting exercise from the garden we put in this year. It's REALLY exciting to watch things grow and know that I did that :D. We've also been doing some improvements to the house. I'm glad to see all this exercise stuff has paid off with stamina as well as losing weight.
My total weight loss so far from January is 35lbs. I'm halfway there!
