My progress hasn't been as smooth as I would have liked. My boyfriend's mom died in early April and that totally threw off all routines and I'm just getting back into it now. I was still losing weight from eating well and (somewhat) from stress. But I plan on accelerating that with starting up My Fitness Coach again.

Apart from that, I've been getting exercise from the garden we put in this year. It's REALLY exciting to watch things grow and know that I did that :D. We've also been doing some improvements to the house. I'm glad to see all this exercise stuff has paid off with stamina as well as losing weight.

My total weight loss so far from January is 35lbs. I'm halfway there!

What's happening with all of you?

Ive also got waaaaaaaay off my routine haha first i went to costa rica for a month and it took a month back to get back to my healthy routine but then almost a month ago i moved to prince edward island and its thrown me off quite a bit too. but im gettin back to healthy food and im fairly active here and will be even more active once the giant tattoo i got on my leg heals up and i can go on long bike rides and walks. but all this week ive been off my feet as much as possible since it swells up easily. but by next week i should be back to being able to bike around the island n shit. i think im at around 355-45 pounds right now. i weighed myself with my wii fit before but its back in ontario and i have no scale here so im just kinda going by how i feel.

oh its crazy nice. this weekend im going to the magdelan islands which are part of quebec but closer to here and really small n junk. i cant wait. adventures!!

I also have gotten off track! I lost 20lbs altogether (didn't gain any back!) and now I'm starting again to pick it back up slowly. I played DDR for the first time in awhile last week and I was dying after a half hour when I used to be able to go for a full hour without a problem.

My eating habits have been pretty good the whole time which I'm proud of. I quit pop in January and haven't gone back!

Good on you for not gaining it back! Congrats on the no-pop thing. I've pretty much done the same thing.

My progress

What progress I should actually be saying. I have actually gained 10lbs since the beginning of the year. Not my proudest moment. Hopefully, I'll get the motivation soon but when I have free time, I pretty much lay around and do nothing and sleep or play on the internet. I need to find room, and motivation.

I have found that http://www.sparkpeople.com/ has been the greatest resource to me. There is a community to get involved in and a food tracker and and exercise tracker and healthy and good recipes. And best of all, it's all free. I highly recommend it. I doubt I would have lost as much as I have without them.
